James Hereford is one of the most PI oriented, lean savvy healthcare executives in the Bay Area and in the nation. Having served in executive roles at Group Health Cooperative, Palo Alto Medical Foundation, and Stanford Health Care, Mr. Hereford has unique experience to share on lean and lean leadership in complex health systems.
Mr. Hereford will soon be departing the Bay Area to take the helm as president and CEO of Fairview Health Services, an integrated health system in Minnesota with a rich history of delivery system innovation.
