BAPIN is pleased to welcome Shingo Award-winning author and internationally-recognized Lean authority Mark Graban, who recently returned from a visit to Japan

While it’s often described as “Japanese Management,” the Toyota Production System was greatly influenced by Americans including Henry Ford and W. Edwards Deming. More recently, some Japanese hospitals have been traveling to Seattle to learn Lean from hospitals that previously traveled to Japan to learn from their factories. In his talk, Mark Graban will share stories and lessons from his two trips to Japan, along with some ideas you can apply in your Lean journey.
